Responsibilities
Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
Define technical architecture for Owner Lifecycle products and ensure scalability and security
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs
Establish best practices, standards, and guardrails for Salesforce development and integration
Ensure integration with enterprise systems using MuleSoft APIs, Kafka events, and other technologies
Oversee data governance and compliance within Salesforce solutions
Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to architectural principles and security protocols
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, integration patterns, and security best practices
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft APIs, Kafka, and enterprise integration frameworks
Proven ability to design scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements
