Responsibilities
Perform complex accounting tasks and specialized financial analyses
Assess internal controls and safeguards to protect the business
Develop and recommend improved accounting and business procedures
Implement solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency
Prepare easy-to-interpret reports and financial statements
Reconcile sub-ledgers to general ledger balances
Support departmental and cross-functional special projects
Identify data and reporting needs to improve business performance
Provide work leadership to lower-level staff as needed
Complete other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of four (4) years of related accounting experience and/or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
Experience with inventory, production, procurement, logistics, financial reporting, and cross-functional projects
Extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High levels of accuracy, timeliness, and dependability
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization
Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management
Ability to assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise
Preferred
CPA license is a plus
