Sr. HR Technology Analyst

Responsibilities
Lead the configuration efforts to deliver projects, changes/enhancement requests and resolution of issues in Workday Recruiting, as well as integrated technologies across the Talent Acquisition process
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand their needs, gather complex business requirements and translate them into best practice Workday/technology solutions
Support business users in validation of Workday processes, data conversion and integrations
Analyze current processes, future needs and assess gaps between as-is and to-be processes. Provide best practice recommendations/solutions in Workday to bridge the gap, including data and security changes that are needed to enable those
Support biannual Workday Releases, partnering with business stakeholders to evaluate new features and create adoption plans to implement them
Maintain a strong understanding of ways in which business is conducted to recommend improvement opportunities for configuration and use of Workday, as well as other Talent Acquisition technologies, in addition to opportunities for automation
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including HR leaders, IT professionals, and end-users
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience
Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting implementation or optimization projects
Experience supporting or implementing Talent Acquisition technologies (i.e. CRM, Candidate Scheduling) as well as other HR technologies
Excellent public presentation, design judgment, situational judgement, consulting, learning agility, quality orientation, end-to-end process management, process improvement and timely problem-solving skills a must
Experience working in an agile project delivery environment
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
Experience creating and processing EIB files to support mass business transactions
Ability to act with urgency, deal with ambiguity and influence without authority
Preferred
Workday Pro Certification in Recruiting is highly desirable, but not required
