Responsibilities

Develop and Implement AI Models: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, including customer interaction, predictive analytics, and process automation

Enhance Existing AI Toolset: Improve the performance, accuracy, and scalability of our existing AI algorithms and models, measure performance and maintain models

Consumer Interaction AI Development: Create and refine AI solutions that enhance customer engagement, such as chatbots, personalized recommendations, and sentiment analysis tools

Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring data quality and integrity

Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define requirements, communicate progress, and deliver high-quality AI solutions
