Responsibilities
Provides quality beverages consistently for all guests
Welcomes and connects with every guest. Develops rapport with guests by learning their names, favorite drinks and food items
Sells and serves baked goods, snacks, smoothies, and miscellaneous food items to guests
Discover guest needs and appropriately suggests product to every guest to enhance service and meet sales goals
Accurately processes transactions through the POS and counts change back to the customer
Responds to guests’ needs and say 'thank you' to every guest
Maintains a clean and organized workspace
Adheres to all company recipes and measurements
Knowledge of all drinks on the menu and being able to verbally explain to customers
Start at the coffee cart at 7:45 am
Help restock the coffee cart as needed
Helps barista make and give lists of supplies needed to TERO Director/Staff on a weekly basis to keep a supply on hand at a comfortable level
Performs a variety of other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
State of Oregon Food Handler's Certificate or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
Must be at least 18 years of age
Knowledge of and sensitivity to Native American culture is required
Ability to multi-task
