VP, Product Services

Responsibilities
Manage content management efforts by maintaining and enhancing the team’s standard RFP response library using tools such as Responsive
Work closely with other Product Services team members to ensure that new answers are updated in the response library in an organized and timely manner
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Fixed Income, Private Credit & Asset-Backed Finance, Equities, Compliance, and Distribution to review, refine, and create content on a quarterly and annual basis
Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline existing response and create new answers
Interpret and communicate TCW’s investment philosophy, process, and value proposition in a clear, compelling manner
Contribute to team projects focused on improving processes, workflow automation, and content governance
Draft and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with TCW’s positioning
Manage assigned projects across multiple deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally in an asset management RFP or client service role
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex investment topics clearly
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) strongly preferred
Familiarity with institutional and intermediary distribution channels is a plus
Experience working with Private Credit and/or Asset Backed Finance is preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment
Preferred
