Early Intervention Program Director
Evergreen Center is dedicated to providing early intervention services for families with children facing developmental delays. The Early Intervention Program Director will oversee staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate communication with community providers to support the development of children aged birth to 3 years.

Responsibilities
Possesses tact and courtesy when relating to children, parents and co-workers
Complies with all agency, state and federal documentation requirements
Maintains confidentiality as specified by agency policy, in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Participates in recruitment and termination of staff
Provides orientation and training to staff
Provides supervision to all staff
Completes probationary and annual performance evaluations
Participates in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team
Facilitates referrals to school systems and other community providers
Maintains appropriate communication with physicians, clinics and other community agencies
Meets with the Senior Director of Early Childhood Services on a regular basis
Qualification
Required
Master's degree from an accredited college in a field related to early childhood development, pediatric therapy or mental health
Three (3) years pediatric experience
Two (2) years supervisory experience
Current Massachusetts registration, if applicable
Current Malpractice Insurance, if applicable
Obtains Department of Public Health Early Intervention Director Certification within specified timelines
