Responsibilities

Facilitate release activities to include documentation, release call facilitation, approval tracking, dependency management, etc

Own application-specific roadmaps; review with Product Owners and stakeholders at least once per PI

Create delivery plans that right-size scope to the cadence (target: 90%+ of Epics fit within 1–2 sprints)

Ensure backlog hygiene; track target dates for Epics/Initiatives; partner with POs to refine and prioritize work

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and run SAFe Value-Stream Mapping and Problem-Solving workshops

Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and impediments; maintain visible risk/issue logs

Strengthen technical acumen; include technical leads in Scrum of Scrums; attend architecture forums

Improve release readiness: test coverage awareness, defect trends, rollout discipline

Maintain clear status reporting; tailor messaging for audience; balance transparency with discretion

Promote collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Agile certifications (CSM or A-CSM required; SAFe and PMI-ACP preferred)

5+ years Agile delivery experience; 2+ years in project management roles

Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Must be US citizen

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'PUBLIC TRUST'; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred

Proficiency with Agile and PM tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence)
