Responsibilities
Perform clinical procedures: phlebotomy, vital signs, ECGs, BMI, specimen collection
Assist with participant admissions/discharges and daily study operations
Ensure real-time data entry and protocol compliance
Support study setup, equipment checks, and source document management
Maintain clean and organized unit space, including stocking and basic housekeeping
Collaborate across research teams and provide exceptional subject care
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
1,000+ hours of phlebotomy experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtain within 3 months)
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards
Strong attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds as needed
