5+ years expAmazon is looking for a customer obsessed, analytical and innovative individual to join Amazon Fresh Grocery as a Category Manager. This role will own the P&L for some of the largest categories in Beverages and will work across major functional areas to drive performance.

Responsibilities
Own the P&L for multiple large categories, hitting top and bottom line targets
Develop category strategies, detailing what changes will be made to the categories over the next year and the direction you want to take the categories over the next three years
Plan the assortment for multiple categories, determining what items to put on our digital and physical shelves
Develop strategic relationships with new and existing suppliers to ensure early insight into new trends and products; early and exclusive access to new items; merchandising and promotions and competitive costs
Plan endcaps and other traffic driving initiatives in coordination with marketing
Qualification
Required
3+ years of with Excel experience
5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership
Preferred
Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
