They are seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the Highland Square apartments, responsible for performing maintenance tasks and ensuring the property is safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

Assume emergency on-call duties

Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager

Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily

Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager

Required

Must have multi-family experience

A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the service maintenance field

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to read and write English

HVAC certification is required

The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential

Must own required tools

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces is essential

Plumbing and Electrical, a minimum of 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/repairing

Appliance Repair, a minimum of 2 years of experience with troubleshooting/repairing

High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC Certification: 2 years

Appliance Repair: 2 years

Multifamily: 2 years

Plumbing: 2 years

Maintenance Technician: 2 years

Electrical: 2 years

Driver's License

HVAC Certification
