Responsibilities
Manage the monthly Accounts Receivable portfolio and assist with the preparation of monthly financial reporting
Review and analyze customer payment history to determine credit standing and credit worthiness
Oversee a comprehensive review of outstanding receivables and initiate follow-through with collection accounts
Research and resolve account deductions including pricing errors, allowances, over/under payments, etc
Maintain timely and accurate records, customer communications, and account reconciliations
Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service personnel within the North American business units to identify root causes and resolve issues
Communicate directly with clients via phone and email regarding receivables, accounting, and credit analysis
Utilize credit analysis, aging reports, and cash forecasting, with a preference for SAP experience
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
At least 1 year of experience in B2B collections
Mid to large ERP experience required, SAP preferred
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
SAP experience preferred
