BDR Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5 BDRs to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
Oversee outbound appointment-setting efforts with prospective clients and ensure high-quality meeting execution
Manage lead follow-up processes, ensuring timely outreach and consistent pipeline development
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting to Sales Leadership
Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead routing, outbound campaigns, messaging, and target account lists
Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, and skill development sessions to enhance team performance
Implement best practices for outbound prospecting, sequencing, and territory coverage
Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new BDR team members as the function grows
Maintain a strong understanding of Simeio’s IAM solutions and value proposition to ensure the BDR team is messaging effectively
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing a BDR/SDR team with measurable success in pipeline generation
Background in cybersecurity, security services, SaaS security, or identity/security-related technologies
Strong understanding of outbound sales development processes, KPIs, and performance management
Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
Comfortable working onsite in Alpharetta, GA at least 3 days per week
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market technology sales teams
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, etc.)
Knowledge of IAM or broader cybersecurity concepts is a strong plus
