Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily data processing and posting of various customer trust account activity and file maintenance information into the trust accounting system
Provide existing and prospective clients proper guidance and direction with regards to our BNH products and services
Provides administrative support services to assigned Wealth Management department personnel
Assist with the administration of accounts and scheduling client appointments
Have direct contact with clients, attorneys, accountants and other professionals
Build strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective clients through providing quality service and becoming a trusted resource
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all manners
Ability to arrive at sound business decisions
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Superior customer service skills
Two or more years of experience in banking or related position in sales and/or business development
Preferred
An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent working experience
