Responsibilities

Manage an assigned book of High Net Worth personal lines business, including accounts of varying size and complexity, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

Provide comprehensive insurance and risk management counsel, acting as a technical resource and advocate for clients throughout the policy lifecycle

Conduct thorough reviews of coverage, exposures, limits, and pricing; identify gaps and opportunities; and deliver clear, timely recommendations to clients

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients, including renewals, marketing, stewardship activities, and service deliverables

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with carrier representatives, underwriters, and other external partners to secure optimal terms, coverage, and pricing

Collaborate with Producers and internal stakeholders to drive organic growth through cross-selling, upselling, and development of new business from existing accounts and assigned leads

Ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all account documentation, correspondence, and transactional activities

Required

Minimum 5–7 years of High Net Worth Personal Lines experience with an established insurance brokerage or equivalent environment

Active Property & Casualty insurance license required

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex accounts in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated clients and carrier partners

Proficiency with automated agency management systems; experience with EPIC strongly preferred

In-depth knowledge of major High Net Worth personal lines carriers, including Chubb, AIG, PURE, ACE, and Travelers

Ability to travel as business needs require for client, carrier, or internal meetings
