Responsibilities

Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous, professional, and service-oriented manner
Provide valet services, including safely parking and retrieving resident and guest vehicles
Verify authorization of visitors and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the building
Answer incoming phone calls using professional telephone etiquette and relay messages promptly
Coordinate and manage deliveries in accordance with property procedures
Maintain accurate security, service, and access logs
Safeguard and properly manage keys and access items issued during shifts
Monitor the lobby, entry areas, and common spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order
Understand and follow building safety and emergency procedures, reporting incidents or concerns immediately to management
Maintain a professional appearance at all times, whether wearing a provided uniform or approved professional attire
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members
