Production Operations Coordinator
Audible is a leading producer and provider of audio storytelling, and they are seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support their expansion in Brazil. This role involves connecting Brazilian publishers and authors with the US production team, ensuring smooth content flow and maintaining strong partner relationships through effective communication and coordination.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain publisher and author partnerships from post-contract through launch by onboarding new partners, resolving technical issues, and delivering ongoing support that keeps our marketplace thriving
Drive weekly production for ~30+ titles by coordinating assets, managing Audible Originals workflows, validating metadata, performing quality assurance, and maintaining accurate Salesforce records that keep teams aligned
Bridge US and Brazil operations as our bilingual liaison, translating not just language but cultural context and business nuance to ensure seamless production and strong partner relationships across markets
Execute marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials per contractual agreements, coordinating campaign assets, maintaining marketing lists, and updating Airtable databases for cross-functional visibility
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Deal Operations, Catalog Operations, Marketing, and Studios teams by managing legal clearances, title associations, Workday processes, and publisher-to-internal communications
Identify and resolve process inefficiencies, proactively flagging gaps and partnering with teams to implement scalable solutions that improve workflows
Own stakeholder communication, monitoring project progress, verifying releases, and delivering timely updates on successes and blockers
Serve as the go to resource for all reporting needs, fielding inquiries and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, actionable data
Qualification
Required
Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media Management or Public Relations
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), databases, Salesforce, and Airtable
Preferred
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Effective multitasker who solves problems quickly in fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented with organizational and analytical skills
Self-starter who identifies and drives process improvements
Deep understanding of Brazilian culture, pop culture, and current trends
