Sr Strategy & Analytics Analyst

Responsibilities
Support the maintenance and application of enterprise revenue metric definitions across Salesforce, CPQ, and reporting tools
Assist with validation of Salesforce and CPQ changes to identify downstream reporting or metric impacts
Ensure consistency of standard revenue and pipeline reporting used by Sales, RevOps, and Finance
Maintain documentation of metric definitions, assumptions, and calculation logic
Support historical trend validation during GTM changes, system updates, or process refinements
Support rep-level and segment-level forecasting processes through data preparation, validation, and analysis
Analyze forecast variance, accuracy, and bias trends across teams and time periods
Assist in building scenario and sensitivity analyses related to pipeline coverage, capacity, and productivity
Partner with senior analysts and managers to improve forecast hygiene and input quality
Use SQL and reporting tools to extract, analyze, and validate pipeline, activity, and revenue data
Support dashboard accuracy by reconciling Salesforce dashboards against underlying data sources
Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies surfaced by Sales, RevOps, or FP&A partners
Follow established analytical quality standards and validation routines
Support the preparation of decision-support reporting, including weekly pipeline and revenue performance summaries, forecast variance and confidence support materials, segment, region, or GTM motion performance views, and sales productivity and performance reporting inputs
Support analysis related to Salesforce releases, GTM process changes, and enablement initiatives
Assist with ad-hoc analytical requests for leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance
Support forecast reconciliation activities in partnership with FP&A
Maintain reporting documentation and reference materials to ensure consistent interpretation of metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working SQL proficiency
Solid understanding of Salesforce data structures, pipeline concepts, and forecasting fundamentals; CPQ exposure a plus
Experience supporting forecasting, pipeline analysis, or performance reporting
Ability to translate data into clear insights and summaries for business partners
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven environments
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Occasional travel may be required for planning sessions or cross-functional meetings
Preferred
degree in analytics, finance, economics, or a related field
Experience working in Salesforce-centric SaaS or B2B environments
