Responsibilities
Providing support for sales leadership, including process management and client facing support
Acting as a liaison and project manager for sales leadership
Understanding customer requirements and expectations for presentations and deliverables
Updating deliverables on a per client basis in areas such as staffing models, pricing tables, presentations and solution components
Tracking follow through on action items, both internally and client facing
Driving preparation for client meetings, including logistics and client research
Providing overall support for client interactions and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Goal-minded with an interest in learning and contributing to a strategic team-selling model
Experience in coordinating with technical, operations, construction, finance, management, proposal and other sales team members
Accountability and understanding of requirements
Ability to meet client driven timelines
Ability to maintain T5 customer standards
Experience in providing support for sales leadership, including process management and client facing support
Experience acting as a liaison and project manager for sales leadership
Understanding of customer requirements and expectations for presentations and deliverables
Ability to update deliverables on a per client basis in areas such as staffing models, pricing tables, presentations and solution components
