Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for air vehicle subsystems
Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency
Support operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews and lead manufacturability and assembly decisions
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5 years work-related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of work-related experience with a Master's Degree OR work-related experience with a PhD
Preferred
B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering
Composite Fabrication experience
Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
Experience with 3D model-based instruction
Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, NX, IPDM Teamcenter, MES, Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA
Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image (MESci)
Experience with CINCOM
Experience reviewing and approving other engineers' work (installation plans, tool orders, line stock checks, etc.)
