Responsibilities

Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust network architectures to ensure high availability, security, and scalability

Manage enterprise telephony solutions, including VoIP, unified communications, and call center technologies to support efficient business operations

Supervise the management and optimization of data center facilities, including hardware, software, and environmental controls, ensuring operational excellence and energy efficiency

Lead strategic planning and execution of cloud migration projects, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards

Develop, implement, and routinely test disaster recovery and business continuity plans to safeguard critical systems and minimize downtime

Oversee lifecycle management of IT assets, including procurement, inventory control, maintenance, and disposition, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance

Mentor and manage departmental staff, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and professional growth

Administer infrastructure budgets and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery

Collaborate with executive leadership to align infrastructure strategy with organizational goals and future growth

Ownership and accountability for delivering enterprise-wide infrastructure programs and priorities using best practices, compliance standards, and appropriate change management techniques

Assess overall infrastructure and creatively identify opportunities for cost optimization including finding right balances of FTE vs Outsourcing, on-near-off shoring mix

Establish best practice KPIs to manage, measure and evaluate global infrastructure performance against industry standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven success in managing multi-site, multi-continent, multi-lingual teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

A hands-on doer capable of working in a fast paced entrepreneurial culture

A team player who can interrelate and operate effectively with peers and other associates

An active listener with superior oral, written, analytical and problem solving skills

Self-motivated, energetic, secure, well-grounded individual who possesses integrity and honesty and strives for excellence in all endeavors
