Responsibilities
Perform in vitro primary cellular assays to evaluate target biology using technologies like FACS, MSD, and qPCR
Analyse biological samples by flow cytometry, including tissue processing and preparation, staining cells, acquiring data, and analysing results
Experience processing human or large animal lab species tissues
Generate data in a timely fashion
Inventory control of study samples and reagents
Effectively and accurately record and report experiment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelors or Masters in cellular biology, immunology, or a related discipline with at least 0-3 years of relevant experience
Experience in performing flow cytometry assays, cell culture, and sterile technique
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization skills desired
Preferred
Experience in handling human or large animal lab species ex vivo samples
Experience in flow cytometry panel design
Proficiency in data reporting and FlowJo analysis software
Experience working in a team environment to achieve goals and timelines
