Responsibilities
Define and execute the engineering strategy for Kaseya’s cyber resilience products, aligning with company growth targets and ARR objectives
Own the roadmap delivery for backup, DR, and storage solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
Partner with Product Management to translate customer needs into technical solutions that drive adoption and retention
Build engineering capabilities that deliver measurable customer outcomes—reduced downtime, faster recovery, and enhanced data protection
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure engineering priorities align with revenue goals and customer satisfaction metrics
Drive innovation in storage architecture, ransomware recovery, and immutable backup technologies to differentiate Kaseya in the market
Establish and track KPIs for engineering velocity, quality, and customer impact
Implement best-in-class SDLC practices, DevOps automation, and secure coding standards
Lead incident response and escalation processes for critical customer-impacting issues
Recruit, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering team across multiple geographies
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Champion diversity, inclusion, and career development within the engineering organization
Qualification
Required
12+ years of engineering leadership experience in cybersecurity, storage, or enterprise SaaS
Proven track record of delivering high-scale, customer-facing products that drive ARR
Deep expertise in backup, disaster recovery, storage systems, and ransomware mitigation
Experience leading distributed engineering teams in a high-growth, matrixed environment
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
