Perform administrative and clerical work to assist Project Accountant and Contract Administrator team
Track monthly safety hours
Track and ensure compliance related items are current and saved in proper job folders
Pick up subcontractor checks from Accounting
Communicate with subcontractors
Schedule office supply orders and manage/maintain inventory
Other responsibilities as assigned that may not be listed here
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1-2 years prior administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong verbal and written communication
Strong organizational and time management
Experience with follow-up and monitoring of work to ensure quality standards and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to adapt well to changes in assignments and priorities
A positive attitude and team player mindset
Preferred
Construction industry admin experience is preferred but not required
