Desktop Support Engineer
Sentinel is a leading IT services and solutions provider, seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical assistance. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops, performing software re-imaging, and ensuring systems are functional and secure while delivering exceptional customer service.

Provide on-site technical assistance to our customer
Troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops
Perform software re-imaging
Ensure systems are fully functional and secure

Maintain a professional presence at client location
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in similar role
Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
Experience with re-imaging software a must
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude
