Responsibilities

Setup, troubleshoot and operate Agie 100 Wire EDM machine

Use Solidworks and MasterCam software in order to facilitate writing programs to wire shapes, dimensions and geometry to Blueprint specs

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and quality specs

Performs Preventative Maintenance of Wire EDM equipment by applying work-related documents such as operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

Will be required to assist toolmakers as necessary

Maintain records and make data entries into computer systems

Wear all required PPE at all times

Maintain acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in area

Required

High School or Equivalency Diploma

Knowledge and use of shop math with mechanical aptitude
