Required

Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention

Basic computer skills
Ability to multitask
Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

1+ years of Sales experience preferred
Licensed Cosmetologist, Braider or Barber Preferred
MindBody Software experience a plus
