They are seeking a full-time Branch Operations Manager to support regional branches, manage customer service representatives, and coordinate pest service operations while fostering positive relationships with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

Supporting one or more of our 30+ regional branches
Manage 3-15 Customer Service Representatives
Coordinate the schedules, services, and operations of our Pest Service Technicians
Professionally interact with customers; both internal and external
Problem-solving and conflict resolution when dealing with our customers
Assist in the scheduling, billing, data entry, phone work, and various other duties as assigned

Qualification

Required

High School degree or equivalent (required)
At least two to five years of customer service experience
Proficiency with CRM software
Leadership attributes including empathy, active listening skills, and integrity
Can efficiently manage several tasks and responsibilities
Proficiency with computers and various software including Microsoft Office
Willing and able to promote a positive and uplifting company culture

Preferred

College degree (preferred, but not required)
