Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC is seeking a Multi-Family Outside Sales Representative for the Dallas-Fort Worth Market. This role focuses on aggressively growing the company's lumber, hardware, and building materials business by building relationships with multi-family developers and contractors to drive sales and manage a multi-family sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Building and owning a multi-family sales pipeline across DFW

Prospecting and developing relationships with:

Multi-family developers

General contractors

Project managers and site superintendents

Selling lumber, hardware, doors, and related building materials into ground-up and turn projects

Getting in early on projects—before bids are locked

Partnering with estimating, store teams, and operations to deliver competitive bids and flawless execution

Managing pricing, margin, and volume agreements within company guidelines

Maintaining CRM activity, forecasts, and opportunity tracking

Representing the company on jobsites with professionalism and credibility

Required

Proven outside sales experience in building materials

Proven outside sales experience in lumber yards

Proven outside sales experience in hardware supply

Proven outside sales experience in construction sales (multi-family strongly preferred)

Demonstrated ability to hunt, close, and expand accounts

Comfortable working job sites and construction trailers

Strong negotiation skills and follow-through

Highly self-motivated and accountable

Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout DFW
