Responsibilities

Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees

Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team

Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges

Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed

Supervise daily activities of the warehouse including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination

Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels

Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met

Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects

Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies

Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes
