Responsibilities
Develop Next-Generation architecture SDWAN, Extranet, Wireless, Campus Switching, Backbone Routing
Work closely with Operational Architects to accelerate new technology and design pattern validations
Functional SDWAN, Campus, Wireless, Global Core Backbone for the EA (enterprise Architecture) organization
Develop technical strategies to transform SDWAN, Wireless, Campus Switching, Datacenter Micro segmentation
Work closely with MADS Leadership to accelerate M&A, Divest, Spinco related Network Deliverables
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to modernize Networks
Closely work with factory/operational technology teams to understand the end-to-end operational workflow and help designing standard network architecture
Team Leadership and Management
Hiring, training, supervising DC Netops Personnel
Goals and Performance Management
Capex, Opex Budget Management and Cost Optimization
Infrastructure Project Planning, Execution and Delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
8 years of Network Infrastructure experience
6 years of experience managing the Delivery of Network project
In-Depth Switching and Routing Knowledge – BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, EVPN
In-Depth NSX-T Knowledge
Loadbalancers Operations experience
Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture framework, principles, and tools
Experience managing relationships with vendors
3 years of experience in leadership and management
Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 times per week
Employer will accept 2 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Up to 20% domestic and international travel required
