Create and implement calibration procedures for various instruments and systems
Adjust, test, and certify equipment to meet industry standards and specifications
Examine calibration data, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Investigate equipment issues and resolve measurement inaccuracies
Keep detailed records, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards (like GMP)
Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, quality) to optimize processes
Participate in projects to enhance calibration methods and equipment
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills
Experience with specialized Regulatory Asset Management software, specifically Blue Mountain RAM (BMRAM)
Ability to develop and implement calibration procedures for various instruments and systems
Experience in adjusting, testing, and certifying equipment to meet industry standards and specifications
Ability to analyze calibration data, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions
Experience in troubleshooting equipment issues and resolving measurement inaccuracies
Ability to document and maintain detailed records ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards (like GMP)
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., development, quality) to optimize processes
Participation in projects to enhance calibration methods and equipment
