Senior Account Executive — Dual-Company Role | Real Estate Appraisal Industry
Impact Valuation Group, LLC is seeking a high-performing Senior Account Executive to drive outbound sales across two complementary companies in the real estate appraisal and valuation ecosystem. This role focuses on opening new client relationships with lenders, banks, and financial institutions, managing the full outbound sales process from first contact through close.

Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and strategic follow-up
Identify, qualify, and close new lender and financial-institution relationships
Open new accounts and secure new “flags” for both companies
Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close and onboarding handoff
Build and maintain a strong, predictable pipeline
Adapt messaging based on client volume, workflows, and compliance needs
Accurately track activity, pipeline, and results in CRM systems
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
5+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
Demonstrated success opening and closing new accounts
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consultative discovery calls
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable
Preferred
Experience selling into regulated or compliance-driven environments
Knowledge of lending, banking, mortgage, or appraisal workflows
