Executive Assistant
SureCo is a leading provider helping employers offer individual health insurance plans to their employees. They are seeking a highly-motivated Executive Assistant to support their Executive Leadership Team by providing administrative support, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements.

Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages; route inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Book and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Manage licensing, permits, and compliance documentation, ensuring timely renewals and accuracy
Coordinate and support contracting processes, including tracking contracts, maintaining records, and assisting with vendor or partner agreements
Support day-to-day operations and assist team members with assigned tasks
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, or receipt organization (if applicable)
Run errands or manage logistical tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
