Responsibilities
Assist sales & account teams with CRM management, outreach, and engagement
Enroll leads in HubSpot sequences, monitor engagement, and manage responses
Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns and engage with prospects
Support client communication and follow-ups as needed
Prepare reports and maintain accurate CRM records
Research leads and new business opportunities
Handle light administrative tasks in office and contribute to team operations
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of enthusiastically chasing and achieving goals, demonstrating persistence, motivation, and measurable success
Demonstrates a self-starter mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
Takes ownership of tasks and seeks ways to improve processes and outcomes
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, including sequencing and lead management tools
Maintains productivity and focus in a remote environment
Demonstrates the ability to self-manage, solve problems independently, and communicate proactively when support or clarification is needed
Understands how to leverage LinkedIn and HubSpot for business development, networking, and targeted sales outreach
Communicates clearly and professionally across written and verbal channels
Tailors messaging appropriately for diverse audiences
Manages multiple responsibilities with accuracy
Keeps systems updated, tracks tasks, and ensures follow-through
Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Balances multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work and responsiveness
