Responsibilities
Serve Up to Three Customers Daily: Engage with customers to understand their needs, deliver excellent service, and provide solutions tailored to their home
Solution-Oriented Sales: Be dedicated to finding the best solutions for each customer, offering recommendations that encompass safety, efficiency, and long-term value
Expert Installation & Repair: Execute immediate, high-quality repairs and installations, ensuring each home improvement is completed professionally and up to code
Professional Representation: Serve as the face of South West, upholding our standards of professionalism and excellence in every customer interaction
Collaboration: Maintain open communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams to streamline each job
Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in training to continually refine your skills, maintain certifications, and provide customers with the latest in industry expertise
Qualification
Required
EL01 or EL02 license (Washington State)
3+ years of residential electrical experience in diagnostics, sales, and repairs
Previous experience in face-to-face customer service and a strong focus on presenting and selling comprehensive solutions
Strong communication skills and a commitment to representing South West with professionalism
Experience with Service Titan or similar platforms for efficient job tracking and invoicing
