Maintain a consistent on-site field presence during active work hours

Monitor mechanical construction activities for OSHA and site safety compliance

Identify, communicate, and assist in correcting unsafe conditions or behaviors

Conduct job hazard analyses, safety orientations, and toolbox talks

Complete daily safety documentation, inspection reports, and incident reports

Participate in site safety meetings and coordination efforts

Support incident prevention initiatives and continuous safety improvement
