Responsibilities
Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets
Serve as primary point of contact for clients on delivery and process
Coordinate internal teams, staffing, and workloads
Oversee consultant coordination from a contractual and scheduling perspective
Track project performance, risks, and changes
Lead meetings, documentation, and decision-making
Support invoicing and project sound financial management
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of building systems, codes and standards
Experience delivering all project phases
Ability to work with established design intent and to develop it further to a high-quality result
Effective collaborator and leader with the broader in-house team, consultants, and clients
Master's degree in architecture with +7 years of professional experience
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Xcel, Photoshop and Graphic Suite
Preferred
Experience in at least one of the project types mentioned above
Registration in architecture preferred but not required
