Responsibilities
Perform simple and routine architectural-related tasks assigned at the direction of a supervisor using the standards set by the company, group, and/or client
Write reports and specifications covering architectural matters
Finish plans or approval of materials and construction
Responsible for phases of individual revenue/producing projects
Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
Perform assignments with minimal supervision
Complete sections of permits; and
Complete field assignments, when appropriate
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Two (2) years of experience as an architectural designer
Two (2) years of experience preparing architectural construction documents
Two (2) years of experience creating 3D renders
Experience using Revit to prepare 3D models
Experience with Enscape and CAD
