Manage budget oversight, including tracking and reporting on financial metrics
Collaborate with various teams to drive key projects and initiatives that support studio culture and community
Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective communication and project management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in design program management or related fields
Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment
Preferred
Experience with design operations or creative teams
Familiarity with tools such as Figma and other design software
Background in event planning and execution at scale
Experience working with executive leadership and managing stakeholder relationships
