Responsibilities

Create a safe and healthy learning environment for children with appropriate arrangement of materials, space, and supplies

Supervise children at all times within sight and sound and adhere to daily schedule and transition times. Encourage children’s learning through discovery, curiosity, creativity and a healthy self-concept

Provide timely and effective communication to leadership, school partners, families, and enrichment providers

Complete paperwork, assessments, and other reports as needed

Additional site-specific duties as needed, such as lesson plans or monthly quality compliance activities
