Listen, ask smart questions, and recommend solutions that help clients protect their families and organize their affairs
Use a refined, step by step process to guide clients from first conversation to completed plan without paper chasing
Manage your own schedule and territory, treating this role like the business ownership opportunity it is
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing business
Strong communication and interpersonal skills you enjoy real conversations and can build trust quickly
Ability to work independently, manage your time, and follow a proven sales process
Comfort using CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and follow up
Reliable transportation and willingness to run in home appointments in your protected territory
A genuine desire to help clients gain clarity and confidence about their estate planning decisions
