Serve as a subject matter expert responsible for the development of contract administration specifications, policies, and procedures

Recommend process improvements for evaluating, reporting, and analyzing contract administration performance

Collaborate with district engineers and other stakeholders on contract administration matters

Review major contract change orders and additional funds requests submitted by districts
