Responsibilities
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Oversee balance sheet and general ledger reconciliations
Review and post journal entries; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and review financial and ad hoc reports
Support internal and external audits
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and tax requirements
Mentor and lead accounting/finance staff
Assist with budgets, process improvements, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
8+ years of accounting or finance experience
Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
Proven leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with ERP/accounting systems
Preferred
Prior leadership experience
CPA or similar certification
