Responsibilities

In collaboration with Compa’s Co-founder & CTO and engineering leads on the Data Foundations Team, you will help define and deliver the technical vision for the systems that power the world’s largest software-delivered compensation data platform

Own the execution of the the technical vision for Compa’s foundational data systems and product infrastructure

As the engineering leader on a cross-functional team, ensure successful delivery, stability, reliability, and internal developer experience supporting peer engineering teams

Partner with Compa’s Director of Product on the roadmap for Compa’s data products
