Market Development Manager, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective outreach strategies: Develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, phone, and LinkedIn, to engage with prospects and build interest
Identify and qualify leads: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, gather key information about prospects, and accurately document all interactions in Salesforce CRM
Present value propositions: Clearly and concisely articulate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective customers
Conduct high-volume outbound calls: Execute targeted cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential customers within the mid-market and SMB segments
Schedule and qualify meetings: Schedule and qualify meetings between prospective customers and the sales team
Track and report on performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, connect rates, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Continuously improve: Analyze call recordings and performance data to identify areas for improvement and refine outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related work experience
2 - 3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales development role
Proven ability to effectively cold call and build rapport with potential customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections effectively
Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to exceed targets
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or other sales enablement tools
Excellent, active listening skills
