Responsibilities

System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
Identifying Requirements - Translates business requirements into technical requirements. Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis
IT Liaison - Collaborates and coordinates across various teams within the IT department to deliver solutions

Required

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support

Preferred

Experience working in a large financial institution (LFI) and/or with a robust SDLC process
Experience technically supporting third-party and SaaS applications
Experience technically supporting Human Resource applications
Experience supporting multiple applications simultaneously
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
