This role is responsible for delivering qualified clinical candidate pipelines and involves collaborating with hiring stakeholders to clarify requirements and screen candidates.

Responsibilities
Partner with hiring stakeholders to clarify clinical requirements, licensure needs, hiring priorities, and timelines
Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit
Present qualified candidates and hiring insights to hiring stakeholders
Provide market insights related to clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of clinical recruiting experience (Minimum of 1 year in telemedicine)
Proven experience recruiting licensed clinical professionals
Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, licensure, and compliance requirements
Ability to independently manage multiple clinical searches
Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with ATS platforms and clinical recruiting tools
Preferred
Experience with startups/new companies
