Responsibilities
Lead, influence and execute on ICS/OT security engagements in critical infrastructure and/or mission critical industry environments
Assess, identify, and develop security solutions for OT environments and the latest industrial technologies
Help clients access their security posture
Recommend improvements and implement those solutions
Perform testing against ICS/OT devices, networks and security control mechanisms
Test on devices used in the field as well as future deployment devices
Investigate device ecosystem and monitoring
Monitoring & response operations for OT environments, equipment, and/or systems
OT security sensor/tool deployment
OT security assessment experience
OT security program/governance development
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience (e.g., manufacturing facilities, and/or oil and gas facilities, and/or automotive plants, and/or electric substations, and/or water treatment facilities, and/or power generation facilities, and/or natural gas environments, and/or life sciences, and/or data center OT, etc.)
Minimum 3 years' experience working with ICS technologies and/or environments. Examples include: SCADA, DCS, EMS, DMS, ADMS, PCN, RTUs, IACS, PLCs, HMIs, etc
Minimum 3 years' experience with cybersecurity functions including vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management in ICS environments, incident response and monitoring, etc
Minimum 3 years' experience of common ICS protocols and technologies
Minimum 3 years' experience authoring detailed reports and/or deliverables on security assessments and recommendations with ability to present findings to non-technical executive staff
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience providing consulting services to Fortune / Global 1000 clients and/or domain experience within relevant industry verticals such as Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, etc
Minimum 3 years' experience assessing against standards and frameworks including DOE C2M2, IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc
Minimum 3 years' of experience working with security analysis techniques, identifying indicators of compromise, threat hunting, and identification of intrusions and potential incidents
At least one relevant industry certification (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.)
Minimum 2 years' of experience in deploying or supporting OT security sensors in operational environments
Minimum 2 years' of experience in IT or OT networking infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)
Minimum 2 years' of experience performing reverse engineering of embedded devices and/or industrial protocols
Minimum 2 years' of experience designing, organizing, and executing security assessments and testing
Minimum 3 years' of experience developing proposals, business development, SOW's, and general content to support business capture
Minimum 3 years' experience working in SOC's with security tooling such as OT NSM's, SIEMs, Endpoint Security tools for Operational Environments
Master's Degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or similar educational study
