Provide scheduling support and other support services via incoming and outgoing phone calls
Perform outgoing customer calls to collect and confirm data, assist with vendors, scheduling, troubleshooting and leave customers and potential customers feeling like a VIP
Educate phone callers about the company and its services
Responsible for reports, data entry, emails and support documentation throughout the work day

Previous office experience
Experience as a professional in-house customer service representative
Basic typing skills

Previous experience in an HOA manager role
Previous experience in the construction industry
